Company Coaching & Mentoring Programmes
My Programmes are tailormade to suit your company and the individuals selected for Coaching or Mentoring. My approach is usually based on face-to-face coaching with sessions held at your offices, a convenient, suitable location nearby or at my North London practice.
Please Note: Currently, I am offering coaching solely via Zoom, Skype, and phone.
The first step is for us to arrange an exploratory discussion. My fees are based on each client’s requirements and the scope of the work. When an organisation wants me to coach or mentor a specific individual or a number of their people, I present a fully costed, detailed proposal and timetable.
Number and Frequency of Sessions
A typical programme involves a commitment of 6 x one-hour sessions for each person, with at least one session taking place every 4 weeks (or more frequently if preferred).
90-minute sessions are also available if longer sessions are preferred, I will quote and charge for these accordingly.
Should something urgent occur that you feel cannot wait until the next scheduled session, I will do my best to help. Any additional time required will always be agreed with the company beforehand and charged accordingly.
Re-scheduling or cancellation of appointments should be done at least 48 hours before the planned date, otherwise charges will be incurred. This should be made clear to each employee included in Coaching or Mentoring Programmes.
Coaching or Mentoring Contract
Once the Coaching or Mentoring Programme has been agreed, the Coaching Contract can be finalised.

Any information share with me is treated as confidential whether it is business or personal. I undertake not to disclose any information the client shares with me without their prior consent.
Nature of Coaching
Coaching is not the same as psychological counselling or therapy. If, at any time I feel that counselling or therapy would be more appropriate and beneficial for a client, I will say so.
Code of Conduct
I am a member of the Association for Coaching and am bound by the Code of Ethics and Good Practice of the AC.
